Identified Gaps for Progression:
- EYFS training programme. This would be done through analysing the survey results and doing a funding bid and meeting the identified need through CPD, resources and training.
- Mini Melody Makers delivery in EYFS settings
- Performance opportunity for Don’t Fret.
- A ukulele orchestra for pupils who have participated in Whole Class Ensemble Teaching schemes (WCET)
- Instructional and performance opportunities for brass players. This will address the brass gaps in the senior ensembles.
