Sutton Music Service Ensembles & Music Academy
Sutton Music Service is delighted that we are returning to face-to-face tuition after the Easter Holidays.
- Music Academy at Cheam Park Farm Primary Academy will start on Saturday 24 April 2021
- Ensemble rehearsals will commence from Monday 26 April 2021
To keep everyone safe, we want to remind you of the arrangements in place for the term – which are the same as our COVID-secure rehearsals and lessons held during the Autumn term.
You must not attend Ensemble Rehearsals or Music Academy if you, or a member of your family, display any of the symptoms of COVID-19, including:
- a temperature of higher than 37.8°;
- a new, continuous cough;
- or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.
Please bring only what your child needs for the rehearsal/lesson:
- your instrument
- your own pencil for making notes
- a drinks bottle (we are unable to provide refreshments)
- sheet music
If a student starts to feel unwell during a rehearsal or lesson, they must immediately alert a staff member.
SMS staff will isolate the student and call their parents to arrange an immediate collection. Please ensure that we have two up to date emergency contacts by logging into your SpeedAdmin account and ensuring the contact details are correct.
