Frequently Asked Questions
We create a SpeedAdmin profile for all school music leads and send log in details via email. We recommend visiting https://login.speedadmin.dk/ and clicking forgotten your password, using your school email address. If this does not work, please email hello@suttonmusictrust.org.uk.
You can view all prices from the School Provision catalogue. Click show more to view costs.
You can also click here to view the full costs for 2025-26.
The deadline for orders is 14th May 2025. You can still order after this date, but SMT will not be able to guarantee your preferred provision or start date.
You can view our brochure online by clicking here.
We are excited to offer a variety of new courses and provision for 2025-26. These include: “Future Brass!” and “Future Strings!” classes for Year 5 and 6 WCET continuers; “Melody Makers” EYFS music sessions; and a Sheet Music Hire service.
To maintain consistency across our whole delivery, if you order 30 dates of WCET or extra-curricular provision, the dates will follow the other delivery in SMT. Click here to view the dates.
If you cannot make a week due to a school trip or other event, please indicate these dates on your order form and we can rearrange these.
Please indicate the number of weeks you need on your order form. View the video at the top of this page for guidance.
If your school own their own class set of instruments, you do not need to borrow SMT instruments. If you do need borrow instruments, it depends on your school location and whether you have ordered Whole Class Ensemble Teaching from us in the past. If you are unsure, email hello@suttonmusictrust.org.uk.
Once we receive your booking, we will make every effort to arrange a tutor(s) whose availability matches your preferred day/time, however as our tutors enjoy a busy portfolio career, this cannot be guaranteed. If this is not possible, we will work with you and the tutors to arrange sessions at a mutually convenient time.
For provision starting in September, we aim to send invoices by the end of the Summer Term. If you have ordered provision for a single term (starting in Spring or Summer), we will provide an invoice before the delivery commences.
If you are not happy with your provision or have any feedback to discuss, please contact hello@suttonmusictrust.org.uk as soon as possible.
SMT will issue your invoice as usual, then schools are responsible for their own remittance arrangements with the grant or trust. We do ask that you notify us at the time of ordering if any of your provision will be partially funded by the Humphrey Richardson Taylor Charitable Trust. You can indicate this in the comments box when ordering.
