This year, Sutton Music Service has embedded the entry-level Arts Award Discover into its Youth Music-funded musical inclusion project for children and young people with hearing and visual impairments.
In 2021/22, Sutton Music Service worked with over 2200 pupils in 21 schools across the borough to give them the experience of learning an instrument for a whole academic year.
Providing opportunities for pupils to experience singing together where they can increase their confidence and technique is really important and has many benefits.
